DTC
DTC codes, also known as DTC faults or check engine codes, indicate a part of the vehicle is malfunctioning. These codes specify a particular problem area so technicians can accurately diagnose the problem and solve it. These DTC codes can only be accessed through interfacing directly with the onboard diagnostic system — so while a driver might see the check engine light, tire light, or oil light, only a mechanic or integrated fleet management system would be able to see the specific code causing the malfunction.

DPF
Here’s what we do…
Identify the root cause of your DPF problem through our assessment. Inform you of exactly what work is required, no guesswork. Carry out the necessary repairs
If required, we will perform our 3 Stage in-situ DPF clean. Confirm the repair by analysing engine data. Offer helpful advice about looking after your DPF. We aim to provide a first-time fix every time.

EGR
We have gathered the best practices on how to disable EGR. The service works automatically. But the result is the same as if we did this work by hand. We developed unique architecture that uses a lot of checks to reducing of the errors. The file will be processed only when all the checks are completed successfully.

CAT
When you hear ‘write-off’, you’re probably quite worried. We suspect you’ve arrived at this page because the used car you’re currently eyeing up has the label ‘Cat S’ or ‘Cat N’ against it. If you’re trying to work out if this is your lucky day, or you’re her to help you.

POP AND BANG
Having a Pop & Bang tuning file installed removes the drop in sound while shifting gears. Every shift is now accompanied by a loud bang. It also tunes your driving performance up as it nearly removes the turbo lag after deceleration.

POP CORN
A popcorn limiter basically changes the way a diesel car behaves when the engine hits the rpm limiter. Most stock diesel vehicles will hit the pre-set rpm limiter and will stay at that exact rpm point until the driver intervenes (soft cut limiter). However, with a popcorn limiter applied the engine will bounce at the limiter in a similar way to a petrol vehicle (hard cut limiter).

BURBLES
Burbles is nothing else then PCM false exhaust noises on throttle shutdown combining lean combustion and retarded ignition that mimics the anti-Turbo So the Car Delay (ALS) system, also known as “Bang Return” but without anti-lag effect. Depending on the car owner’s preferences at ECUFILES we are able to create beautifully sounding Burbles. Of course, additionally, to ECU tuning for Burbles to sound really amazing, we recommend using a special exhaust pipe.

VMAX OFF
As the name implies, this option allows the tuner to activate or deactivate the speed limit that manufacturers enter in many cars. In this way, this limitation is eliminated by the switch functions to activate or deactivate it. The process is carried out through adjustments in the ECUs thanks to automotive tuning

TCM UPDATE AND STAGE TESTED FILE
The TCM uses incoming sensor data to determine when the transmission needs to shift. TCM functionality has improved over the years, adding input from cruise control, throttle and traction control system. This reduces gear hunting and wheel spin. The best way to check and test a transmission control module is to observe how your vehicle is driving. If your car is having problems, the TCM could be involved.

RETROFIT
Car Retrofitting is addition of new technology or features to older systems or in order to improve efficiency and enjoy driving your vehicle.
Retrofitting is addition of new technology or features to older systems or in order to improve efficiency and enjoy driving your vehicle add more functionalities or be compatible with the latest environmental demands.

NAVI UPDATE
We believe that keeping in-car maps and software updated and using connected services are the basic components of the best user experience today. So we integrated these features into the Navigation software. The incremental map update feature enables users to update maps by downloading only the changes that have been made to a map since the last version, thus saving time and bandwidth.

ECU CLONE
ECU cloning is a process that involves copying the software and data from one Engine Control Unit (ECU) to another. While it may sound like a foreign concept to some, ECU cloning can be a useful tool for vehicle owners and mechanics in certain situations. ECU CLONING is not an optional process, so it can’t be performed by vehicle owner’s demand or the vehicle’s performance upgrade.

TCM CLONE
As you might expect, your vehicle’s transmission control module works alongside both the engine and the transmission to keep you and your passengers moving forward. When you’re moving forward, this is the part that’s responsible for calculating the right time and place to change the current gear in order to make your driving experience the best it can possibly be.

IPC CLONE AND REPAIR KM
GM vehicles equipped with a digital instrument panel cluster (IPC),and if you replace a IPC you will find you can not start vehicle. It require you to relearn/program the new instrument panel cluster.

ELV CLONE
ELVES (ELV Environmental Services CLG) is the compliance scheme for Endof-Life Vehicles (ELVs or scrap cars). Cars will be recycled in accordance with the environmental standards in force.

ACC RADAR ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
ACC functions by sensory technology installed within vehicles such as cameras, lasers, and radar equipment, which creates an idea of how close one car is to another, or other objects on the roadway. For this reason, ACC is the basis for future car intelligence.
These sensory technologies allow the car to detect and warn the driver about potential forward collisions. When this happens, red lights begin to flash, and the phrase ‘brake now!’ appears on the dashboard to help the driver slow down. There might also be an audible warning.
Conventional Cruise Control can maintain a steady speed that you set. Adaptive cruise control (ACC) is an enhancement of conventional cruise control.
